Golden Gods Zoanthids are a striking colonial zoanthid variety known for their bright golden-yellow coloration and high fluorescence under reef lighting. Individual polyps typically feature a vibrant yellow to gold oral disc, often accented by a subtle green or orange center and a contrasting darker ring near the outer edge. The polyps are surrounded by a short skirt of tentacles that may appear yellow-green or slightly darker depending on lighting conditions. Like other zoanthids, they grow from a thin, mat-like tissue that spreads across rock surfaces, gradually forming dense clusters that add a vivid splash of color to reef aquariums.
