Top Crown Astrea Snails are completely reef safe and are highly valued as part of an effective cleanup crew. Their compact size and nonstop grazing behavior make them ideal for both nano and large reef aquariums.

The Top Crown Astrea Snail thrives in established reef and marine aquariums with stable water quality and visible algae growth. A minimum tank size of 10 gallons is recommended, with larger systems offering more sustained natural grazing opportunities. This species should be added once the aquarium has matured enough to support consistent algae and biofilm development.
