Physical Description: Purple Monster Zoanthids are vibrant button polyps known for their rich purple coloration and bright contrasting oral centers. Each polyp forms a small circular disk surrounded by a short skirt of tentacles, giving them the classic zoanthid flower-like appearance. As they grow, the polyps spread outward across rockwork and frag plugs, forming dense colonies or mats. Under actinic lighting, the purple tones and fluorescent centers glow intensely, making them a popular addition to zoanthid gardens.
