Blue Sapphire Damselfish thrive in established reef tanks with stable water parameters, plenty of rockwork for hiding and territory, and moderate water flow. Introduce only after the tank is fully cycled to reduce stress and aggression. A minimum tank size of 20 gallons is recommended, with larger tanks preferred for multiple individuals.

Their diet should include high-quality frozen or pellet foods from San Francisco Bay Brand, Hikari, PE, TDO, and New Life Spectrum to maintain coloration and health. Target feeding encourages active foraging and supports their energetic behavior.
