WWC Yellow Submarine Zoanthids are a highly sought-after designer zoanthid known for their striking contrast and fluorescent pop under actinic lighting. Each polyp typically features a vivid yellow to gold oral disc surrounded by green to olive tones and accented with a contrasting blue or teal mouth, giving them a “submarine sonar” appearance that stands out in mixed reef systems. When colonies mature, they form dense mats that add bold color and movement across live rock, especially under blue-heavy LED lighting where their fluorescence intensifies dramatically.

Lighting: Moderate lighting requirements (approximately 75–150 PAR). Best coloration is typically achieved under blue-dominant or full-spectrum reef LEDs.
