WWC Jason Fox Psycho Rainbow Rim Favia

Species: Favia spp.
Coral Type: LPS Coral / Brain Coral

Description:
WWC Jason Fox Psycho Rainbow Rim Favia is a visually striking large polyp stony coral prized for its colorful corallites and distinctive contrasting rim. Its intricate, maze-like skeletal structure and vibrant appearance make it an eye-catching addition to a mixed reef aquarium. With stable water parameters, appropriate lighting, and gentle, consistent flow, this Favia can grow into a beautiful colony and add exceptional color and texture to your reef.

Coral Type: LPS Coral / Favia
Lighting: Low to Moderate — approximately 50–150 PAR
Flow Rate: Low to Moderate, with indirect flow to prevent debris from settling on the coral's surface
Food Requirements: Photosynthetic; occasional feeding with small meaty foods or fine particulate coral foods may support growth
Aggression: Semi-aggressive; may extend sweeper tentacles, especially at night, so provide adequate space from neighboring corals
Placement: Lower to middle rockwork in a stable location with moderate indirect lighting and gentle flow. Leave room around the colony for growth and potential sweeper tentacles.

Quarantine & Biosecurity:
We maintain a rigorous, veterinarian-approved quarantine program designed to protect the health of our coral collection and help reduce the introduction of unwanted pests and pathogens. Each coral is carefully inspected and monitored before being made available, providing an added layer of confidence when introducing new specimens to your reef system.
