Description:
Jason Fox Toro Bravo Favites Coral is a distinctive large-polyp stony coral that brings rich texture and visual depth to a reef aquarium. Its closely packed corallites create a detailed, sculpted appearance, while its coloration can become especially striking under blue and actinic lighting. With stable water chemistry and suitable placement, this Favites can gradually grow into an impressive colony, making it a great addition to an established LPS or mixed reef display.

Lighting: Moderate – approximately 75–150 PAR
Flow Rate: Low to Moderate – gentle, indirect flow that helps keep the coral clean while allowing natural polyp extension
Food Requirements: Primarily photosynthetic through its symbiotic zooxanthellae. Occasional small meaty foods or fine particulate coral foods may be offered to supplement nutrition and support healthy growth.
Aggression: Semi-Aggressive – Favites may extend sweeper tentacles, particularly at night, so provide adequate clearance from neighboring corals.
Placement: Best positioned on lower to mid-level rockwork or another stable surface with consistent lighting and gentle flow. Leave enough room around the colony for growth and nighttime sweeper tentacles.
