Physical Description: Gatorade Zoanthids are energetic, brightly colored button polyps known for their electrifying neon tones and bold contrast. Each polyp commonly displays a vivid lime green to yellow oral disk accented by fiery orange or reddish centers, paired with brightly colored skirts that create a glowing, high-energy appearance reminiscent of the iconic sports drink. Under actinic and blue-spectrum lighting, the fluorescent pigments intensify dramatically, causing the colony to radiate brilliant greens, yellows, and oranges throughout the aquarium. As the colony matures, the polyps spread quickly across rockwork and frag plugs, forming dense mats of vibrant, eye-catching color.
